主讲人介绍：Professor Kazuhiro Hane received his M.S. and Ph.D. degrees from Nagoya university in 1980 and 1983, respectively. From 1983 to 1994, he worked in the Department of Electrical Engineering, Nagoya University. From 1985 to 1986, he was a visiting researcher at the National Research Council of Canada. Since 1994, he has been a professor in Department of Nanomechanics, Tohoku University. He is currently engaged in the research and development of optical microsensors and optical MEMS. He was a board member of Japanese Society of Applied Physics from 2009 to 2010. He is also a fellow member of IOP (UK).
