备  注：摘要：We consider some recent progress on Waring-Goldbach type problems for small degrees. In particular, we establish that all sufficiently large natural numbers, subject to a congruence condition, can be represented as the sum of 13 fourth powers of prime numbers. This improves upon the earlier result with 14 variables obtained by Kawada and Wooley. We also discuss exceptional sets for sums of cubes of primes and the quadratic Waring-Goldbach problem with almost prime variables.
