备  注：Abstract: Noether Normalization Lemma for algebras of finite type over a field is a fundamental result in commutative algebra. We will discuss the geometric meaning of this lemma and consider the situation of homogeneous algebra as well as possible generalizations for finite type algebras over arbitrary rings.
