备  注：In this talk, I will discuss some recent works on the hydrodynamic flow of nematic liquid crystal materials, namely the Ericksen-Leslie system. This includes local and global well-posedness for rough initial data in three dimensions, and  the existence and uniqueness of global weak solutions to the general Ericksen-Leslie system in dimension two.
