备  注：摘要：In a fundamental paper published in 1953, Nirenberg solved Weyl problem and Minkowski problem by using the technique of partial differential equations. The problems of Weyl and Minkowski are two classical problems in global differential geometry. In a series of talks, I will discuss Nirenberg’s solution and its impact on partial differential equations and geometric analysis for the past 60 years. This is a survey type of talks and does not require advanced knowledge of partial differential equations and Riemannian geometry.
